Training materials in the supplied project folder indicate a planned handover in Q3/2027. This is a forecast in training materials, not a replacement for contractual handover deadlines and conditions.
Document 20623/SXD-PTĐT dated 18 December 2025 records completion of the project for use in Q1/2031. The developer needs to explain in writing how the documented whole-project completion date relates to the presented handover date; the two concepts should not be assumed identical.
OBC’s announcement dated 12 September 2026 refers to business activities planned from Q4/2026. This is a business roadmap, not certification of the current construction floor or a commitment to a move-in date.
Verify the current status with suitable evidence
A useful progress report identifies the date, block or work package, completed work and ongoing activities. Renderings or close-up photographs alone cannot establish the condition of the entire development.

Ask for the updates that matter to you
Instead of only asking “how far has construction reached?”, specify the unit or apartment type, your preferred move-in date and the work you want to see. A precise request separates project-wide information from the situation relevant to your apartment.
