The reviewed copy of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction document 20623/SXD-PTĐT, dated 18 December 2025, identifies 924 apartments out of the project’s total 1,155 apartments in Cao ốc An Khang (A&K Tower) as eligible to be offered for sale. This 924-unit scope must not be presented as covering every apartment.
The document references construction permit 2294/GPXD dated 22 May 2025. Request the complete documents and unit-list appendices to check whether the apartment you select falls within the relevant scope.
Why are two project land areas reported?
OBC’s introduction and training materials state 10,141 m² of land. Document 20623/SXD-PTĐT states a project implementation land area of 9,366.6 m². These figures come from different documents; we do not infer the reason without a comparison of measurement scope and amended records.
For a quotation or contract, directly confirm the exact apartment’s area and ownership rights. The development’s overall land area is not a substitute for contractual apartment specifications.
